WHAT IS TOPDRESSING?
Top-dressing involves applying a blended sand/soil mixture over the surface of your grass to level out the bumps and hollows in
an uneven lawn. It is also referred to as lawn leveling or sanding.

4. Once the lawn is properly prepared, we apply our custom-blended top-dressing
mixture. The turf is then dragged and swept to move the top-dressing material to the
lower areas of the lawn and further promote the leveling process.
5. Before we’re finished, we make sure that your driveway and sidewalks are
completely clean.
